With over 23 years of experience as a hypnotherapist and PTSD trainer, she bravely addresses taboo topics like abuse and eating disorders. She also founded Not Alone, a mental health campaign that provided vital emotional support worldwide during the COVID-19 pandemic. Beyond mental health, Sayyida serves as Honorary President of Oman Heritage, preserving Omani traditions, and has shared her wisdom through countless international talks and workshops.
